During the growing season (April through October in our area), we recommend weekly mowing for most lawns. Bi-weekly service works well during slower growth periods or for lower-maintenance properties.
When is the best time to aerate my lawn?
For warm-season grasses like Bermuda and Zoysia, late spring to early summer is ideal. For Fescue and other cool-season grasses, early fall is the best time to aerate and overseed.
Do you offer one-time services or only ongoing contracts?
We offer both. Many customers start with a one-time cleanup or aeration and then move to a regular maintenance plan once they see the results.
